Events Committee Meeting Time: 1-2 PM  on Thursdays in ACD 311.

All meetings are open to the public and are subject to change throughout the year.

About Us

If you want to help plan some campus events, but you don't want to put your name on a ballot, this is the committee for you! Students on this committee help the Programming Sub-Board organize, execute, and oversee all ASG-sponsored events. Members are expected to attend all ASG and committee meetings but are not required to do so. The time commitment is low and students are expected to do as much, or as little, work as they want! You can apply to join this committee anytime!

What We Do:

  • Brainstorm ideas for events on campus
  • Help staff events on campus
  • Make recommendations for event spending to the Elected Board
  • Bring co-sponsorships from other clubs to the attention of the ASG
